The Old Stoic Golfing Society (OSGS) is very active, with almost 100 members. We have matches, meetings and team events at fantastic courses including Sunningdale, Royal St Georges, Royal Cinque Ports (Deal), Formby, Hunstanton, Brancaster, Aldeburgh, Woodhall Spa, Little Aston and Woking.
Male and female golfers of all standards are very welcome at the meetings and matches. Team events such as the Halford Hewitt, Grafton Morrish and Cyril Gray require low handicap players, typically 3 or lower.
We are particularly keen to attract younger Old Stoic golfers. All those Under 30 on 1 March qualify for a 50% reduction in the cost of green fees at all meetings and matches. For weekend meetings, efforts are made to provide free or low-cost accommodation.
